Osseo Police Department Investigating Child Abuse Case

-The Osseo Police Department is investigating a case of child abuse.According to the department, on December 3rd, they were contacted by the Trempealeau County Human Services Department about a child that had been brought into the Osseo ER with injuries sustained from possible child abuse. The child was flown to a Rochester Hospital for treatment. An Osseo Officer, Trempealeau County Detective and a social worker drove to Rochester to interview the parent of the child.
The next day, the father of the child, Mitchel Feven, was arrested and booked into the Trempealeau County Jail with charges of recklessly causing great bodily harm to a child. The incident is still under investigation.
