Marshfield Based ESE Names New President/CEO

(Marshfield News Herald) -Keith Fraleigh has taken over as president and chief executive officer of ESE, a Marshfield-based company that designs and develops manufacturing automation systems for the food and beverage industry.During a career that has spanned more than 35 years, Fraleigh has helped a variety of companies grow and enhance customer service, according to a press release from ESE. His work in engineering and information technology complements the services that ESE bring to customers on a daily basis, according to the release. “We are excited to have hired a person of Keith’s experience, vision and values,” Mark Weber, president of the ESE board, said in the release. “He knows how to energize a positive culture, serve customers, and respond to the sort of changes our customers are seeing in a fast-moving food and beverage world."
Fraleigh previously served as president of Cornell Communications & Cornell Direct; president, COO and vice president of Technology Services at Proven Direct; and senior vice president of Managed IT Services at Paragon Development Services. He received his bachelor’s in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s of business administration from Marquette University, where he studied operations and quality management, the press release said. ESE is located at 3600 Downwind Drive.
