Clintonville Man Charged in Clark County with 7th OWI

-A Clintonville man has been charged in Clark County with his seventh OWI.

According to court records, 43-year-old Kent Hessing was traveling 40mph in a 25mph zone.

Hessing has six previous OWI convictions and his vehicle’s registration was expired.
