-A Colby man arrested for selling drugs and storing them in their home with children entered a plea in Clark County Court on Monday.Back in April, Caleb Quelle and Elizabeth Mollan were arrested after authorities had an informant buy heroin from them on three separate occasions. When police searched the home, they found drugs and paraphernalia hidden in bizarre places like an Easter basket and an M&M’s container. Three children under the age of 10 were living in the home. One of the children, who was still breastfeeding, tested positive for cocaine.
Quelle pleaded guilty to manufacture/deliver heroin and neglecting a child. Nine other charges were dismissed and read in. He scheduled for sentencing in February of 2019.
