Greenwood School Board Hears Administrators’ Reports

The Greenwood School Board heard the Administrators’ Reports at their meeting last week.District Administrator Todd Felhofer reported on some political items. He stated that Governor-elect Tony Evers will begin his term in January. The state will have divided government which tends to be better than one-party control. He also stated the development of the annual district open enrollment promotional signs is underway. The first one will go up around February 1st. Data was provided to the board on various internet school district rating sites and on local school districts mill rates. A tentative framework was provided to utilize for any future discussions regarding the direction of Greenwood football.
Finally, he stated the 1st quarter ended on November 6th and the district continues to make progress in reducing the number of D’s and F’s. Crystal Apple Teachers of Distinction will be announced on November 14th and the HS Parents PAC meeting was held Wednesday November 14th at 6:00 pm.
