Young Ladies Encouraged to Participate in Little Miss Neillsville Program
Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021 -- 12:01 PM
Young ladies in Neillsville are encouraged to participate in the Little Miss Neillsville program.
I spoke with the 2020 Little Miss Neillsville Angelica Roman and she explained what she decided to run for Little Miss Neillsville and some of the fun things she’s gotten to do.
"I wanted to try it because my friends were doing it. I got to go around Clark County and got to see all the other royalty."
She’s also gone to many different parades, her favorite being the big one in Warrens, and she recently attended the Neillsville Dairy Breakfast on the Opelt Farm. For those thinking about trying for the program, Angelica said this is why you should do it.
"Because it's fun and you get to go everywhere."
The Miss Neillsville and Little Miss Neillsville program will help kick off Neillsville’s Heritage Days July 8th-11th. The program begins at 7pm in the Neillsville High School Auditorium.
This week is the deadline for the Little Miss Neillsville program. Applications must be postmarked by this Saturday.
