False Alarm at BMO Harris Bank in Neillsville

-The Neillsville Police Department responded to a false alarm at BMO Harris Bank on Tuesday.Area residents may have noticed officers armed with rifles and dressed in tactical gear in the vicinity of BMO Harris Bank and Kwik Trip Tuesday morning. There was a bank alarm and there happened to be several officers in the area at the time of the call, so there was a significant law enforcement response.
It turned out to be a false alarm but the department always responds to bank alarms like they are the real thing, hence the large police presence and tactical gear.
