Black River Falls Woman Enters Plea for Hit and Run

-A Black River Falls woman arrested for a hit and run that resulted in injuries to a pedestrian entered a plea in Jackson County Court on Tuesday.According to the Sheriff’s Department, back in May of last year, Kristine Eddy hit Rhiana Lloyd of Taylor who was flown to the hospital. Witnesses helped authorities track Eddy’s vehicle which had left the scene after the accident.
During her court appearance on Tuesday, she was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, hit and run involving great bodily harm. Another charge was dismissed and read in. She’ll be back in court for sentencing in January of 2019.
