Man Arrested for Possession in Thorp Appears in Clark County Court

-One person arrested after the execution of a search warrant in the City of Thorp appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Department, the search warrant was conducted on March 13th at 204 N. Thorp St. Found inside the residence were Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and various types of paraphernalia. Two people were arrested in the incident including John Knar and Karin Scott. Knar is charged with several possession charges, bail jumping and more.
During Knar’s arraignment on Thursday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He also requested a substitution of judge. Scott was sentenced to 1 year probation back in July.
