Budget Approved at Loyal School District's Annual Meeting

-The Loyal School Board and Loyal citizens present approved the district budget at the Loyal School District's Annual Meeting on Monday.The board and citizens approved the budget on a 17-0 vote. The tax rate is projected to stay flat at a mill rate of 9.18. They also discussed the upcoming referendum.
In November, the district is asking for $675,000 per year for 4 years. This is also projected to keep the mill rate flat as the district is just extending a current referendum.
