Thorp Man Appears in Clark County Court for Child Sexual Assault Charges

-A Thorp man appeared in Clark County Court for child sexual assault charges.

In December of 2019, Jacob Dietrich was charged with child sexual assault afer an 11-year-old girl stated that Dietrich has been touching her inapropriatley since that summer.  Dietrich did admit to authorities that he touched the girl.  Dietrich is facing charges of repeated sexual assault of the same child, incest with a child by stepparent, 3rd degree sexual assault and intimidate a victim.

During his recent arraignment, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.  He’s scheduled to be back in court on December 18th.
