Black River Falls Man Arrested For 14th OWI

A Black River Falls man was arrested for his 14th OWI.According to the Black River Falls Police Department, around 9:30pm on Wednesday, they tried to pull over 64-year-old Herman Decorah in the Town of Brockway for a suspended vehicle registration. Decorah never pulled over and continue on his way home at a slow speed.
Decorah claimed that he never heard or saw the squad care behind. He’s currently in the Jackson County Jail.
