-A Colby man arrested for selling drugs and storing them in their home with children appeared in Clark County Court on Wednesday.Back in April, Caleb Quelle and Elizabeth Mollan were arrested after authorities had an informant buy heroin from them on three separate occasions. When police searched the home, they found drugs and paraphernalia hidden in bizarre places like an Easter basket and an M&M’s container. Three children under the age of 10 were living in the home. One of the children, who was still breastfeeding, tested positive for cocaine.
Quelle entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him which include neglecting a child, possession, manufacture/deliver heroin and more. He’ll be back in court toward the end of September. Mollan will be in court next week.
