Georgia Man Working at Colby Cheese Days Sentenced for Disorderly Conduct

-A Georgia man working at Colby Cheese Days, who threatened to kill a police officer, was sentenced in Marathon County Court on Monday.According to authorities, Samuel Lingle was at the bowling alley asking people to buy him a drink when someone told him to get a job. He then became angry, said he had a gun and threatened to kill anyone who got in his way. The authorities arrived and no gun was found, but Lingle threatened the arresting officer and staff and other inmates at the jail.
During Lingle’s court appearance on Monday, he was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, disorderly conduct. Another charge was dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
