Black River Falls FFA Students Plant Test Plot

The Black River Falls FFA Student Co-op Test Plot is planted.

It was a hot 98° day on Wednesday, June 9th, but the BRF FFA Student Cooperative Test Plot was planted. The experiment this year is to compare a short-day Dekalb corn hybrid with a short-day Mustang corn hybrid.

A very special thank you goes out to Dan Peterson for donating the use of his tractor and planter, Jackson Electric Cooperative for the test plot land, Lucas Person/Legend Seed and Dekalb for the seed, and Eric Jacobson from ProVision Cooperative for coordinating.
