Administrators' Reports at Granton School Board Meeting

-The Granton School Board heard the Superintendent’s Report at their meeting on Monday.Scott Woodington shared that there were no reports of use of seclusion and restraints in the 2017-18 school year. He also let the board know that the pool is nearing completion. Also, the postcard informing district residents of the ribbon cutting and open swim on August 29th from 6-8pm will be sent soon.
Also, Granton received the first phase of the DOJ School Safety Grant. As part of the initial phase, the district will be adding security film and a camera system at the elementary school and middle/high school entrances to buzz in visitors during the school day.
