Former Marshfield Shelter Director Appears in Court for Theft

-The former director of Marshfield’s St. Vincent Frederic Ozanam Transitional Shelter entered a plea in Marathon County Court on Wednesday for theft.Kari Hendrickson is accused of taking supplies from the former shelter and taking donated items and money for personal use. During her court appearance on Wednesday, she pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of moveable property.
The court and attornys approved an agreement that will defer the matter for 2 years and allow Hendrickson to comply with all the terms of the agreement. If she does, no further action will be taken in her case.
