Minnesota Man Makes Court Appearance

A Minnesota man arrested for drug charges in Osseo appeared in Trempealeau County Court.

Anthony West was stopped for a traffic violation when the odor of narcotics was discovered.  A K9 unit discovered drugs in the vehicle.  West is facing charges of possession of drugs, possession of body armor, possession of a firearm, and receiving stolen material.

During his recent court appearance, his preliminary hearing was waived and he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.  He’s scheduled to be back in court on August 9th
