FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative Approves Additional Aid From the USDA

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) The Madison-based FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative has approved additional aid that was announced by U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack for agricultural producers and businesses as part of the USDA Pandemic Assistance for Producers initiative.
According to the Wisconsin Ag Connection, FarmFirst Dairy President John Rettler says the company applauds the USDA for moving forward with making this round of pandemic assistance available and will work in stride with the USDA to ensure the funds are used as efficiently as possible.
The USDA has stated their desire to deliver greater value directly to farmers, growers, and workers. FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative represents farmers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana.
