Greenwood School Board Hears Administrators' Reports

-The Greenwood School Board heard the Administrators’ Reports at their meeting on Monday.Elementary Principal Joe Green updated the board on Summer School. Around 100 students per day are attending. The Summer School field trip to Bay Beach in Green Bay is scheduled for July 19th. Also, elementary staff will be trained in Lucy Calkins’ Writing Workshop August 15th. Athletic Director and High School Principal Jenny Mayenschein stated that the east gym floor has been refinished and the Fall sports seasons will be starting up in early August.
She also stated that instead of doing the Parents Sport Information Night in the Cafetorium, an on-line presentation is being completed and will posted to the district webpage to allow parents and athletes to watch and review important Greenwood Athletic Department information at their convenience.
