Neillsville Woman Appears in Clark County Court for Possession and Child Neglect Charges

-A Neillsville woman arrested after the execution of a search warrant appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.Back in February, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Neillsville Police Department executed a search warrant at 111 E. 1st Street in the City of Neillsville. Drugs and drug paraphernalia, as well as a hand grenade, were discovered in the home. Four children, ages 2, 9, 10 and 13, were removed from the residence by Clark County Social Services. Two dogs were also removed from the residence and taken to the Clark County Humane Society. Two adults, Robert Bounds and Savanna Bounds, were arrested as a result of the search warrant.
Savanna Bounds appeared in court on Thursday and is facing charges of possession of THC with intent as a party to a crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and neglecting a child. During her preliminary hearing and arraignment, probable cause was found so her court proceedings will continue and she entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her. She’ll be back in court next month. Robert Bounds will be back in court next month as well.
