Man Arrested for Theft at Osseo Family Dollar Sentenced in Trempealeau County Court

-One of three people arrested at the Family Dollar in Osseo back in March was sentenced in Trempealeau County Court.According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department, they received a report of possible theft at the Family Dollar in Osseo. When they arrived, they arrested two suspects right way as they were leaving the store, Michaell Shilling of La Crosse and Dylan Stika of La Crosse. The third suspect, Robin Shilling of Trempealeau tried to run, but was apprehended.
Drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine were also discovered. The three suspects were booked into the Jackson County Jail for charges of retail theft and drug possession. Michael was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, of theft of movable property. He owes the courts $589.
