Power Pac in Marshfield Has New Owners

(WDLB) -A local couple has purchased Power Pac in Marshfield.Josh and Mandy Witt of Marshfield say they want to build on the legacy established by the Trulen family. The couple, having grown up in Marshfield, say they look forward to continuing the legacy that was built by the Trulens over the past 55 years. Power Pac was established in 1963 by Mike Trulen’s father, Sid, and sold mainly Scorpion snowmobiles. When Mike took over in 1976, he grew the business by adding brands like John Deere, Polaris, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and STIHL.
Trulen says he didn’t make the decision to sell the business lightly and wants to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible for customers and employees. He will consult through the end of 2018. Josh joined the Power Pac team as the company’s general manager in March to familiarize himself with the business and is no stranger to dealership management, having spent the last nine years in the ag dealership industry.
