Granton Man Arrested for Possession Enters Plea in Clark County Court

-A Granton man arrested for possession entered a plea in Clark County Court on Thursday.Back in June of last year, the Clark County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant on Timberlane Road in the Township of York. An operating meth lab was discovered in the basement and Jonathan and Elizabeth Tuggle were arrested. Several animals were also removed from the home as were two children. Both Jonathan and Elizabeth had several charges filed against them including possession, criminal trespass, maintaining a drug house, burglary child neglect and more.
During his court appearance on Thursday, Jonathan pleaded guilty to 2nd-degree recklessly endangering safety, possessing methamphetamine precursors and knowingly possessing methamphetamine waste. Several other charges were dismissed. He’ll be back in court in September for sentencing. Elizabeth Tuggle was found dead back in February.
