Leader of Marshfield Support Group for Drug Addicts Facing Charges for Delivering a Controlled Substance

(WDLB) -The leader of a Marshfield support group for drug addicts is facing charges after delivering a controlled substance to a female at one of the group’s meetings.52-year-old Benjamin Hardy was arrested Tuesday for delivering Hydrocodone to a female while at a local church in Marshfield. Hardy operates a support group called “Crossroads to Recovery”, an organization designed to assist those struggling with addiction. He was transported to the Marathon County Jail.
A charge of Delivering a Schedule-Two Narcotic Controlled Substance is being requested through the Marathon County District Attorney’s Office.
