Marshfield Programming Student Earns Unity Programmer Certification

Marshfield High School Game Programming student Alejandro Mayagoitia became one of the district’s first students to earn the Unity Certified User: Programmer Certification.

The Game Programming course includes the opportunity for students to earn Unity Certification which is designed for future developers who want to create their own game or apps, or plan to attend a postsecondary program in game development, STEM, or animation.

The Unity Certification may also serve as preparation for an internship in programming, Unity development, quality assurance, or a career requiring interactive content creation.

Earning the certification proves that our Game Programming students have conquered Unity’s foundational capabilities and functions.
