Several Great Events Happening at The Highground on Saturday

-The Highground, on Highway 10 West of Neillsville, has several amazing events happening this Saturday.On Saturday, June 16th, The Highground will be recognizing Flag Day. Flag Day is tomorrow, June 14th, but The Highground will be holding their Flag Day Ceremony on Saturday to coincide with the other events they have going on that day. They will also be having their Korean Stone Ceremony Placement on Saturday and they will have their Legacy Stone Ceremony Placement. The Korean Stones will be honoring veterans of the Korean War and the Legacy stones recognize a veteran, groups, organizations and more. The Highground is also holding their Korean Reunion/Education Afternoon to coincide with the Korean Stone Placement on Saturday. The annual Korean Reunion and Education gathering begins at 2pm. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, catch up with old friends and share history.
Finally, The Highground is holding their Veterans Art & Business Expo & Exhibit. The event runs from 10am-5pm and Small Business Administration and other Business Mentors will be on site to advise veterans on starting and maintaining their business. The public is also invited to attend and see some of the art of veterans. There will be book signings, wood crafts, glass art, metal art and more. You can also learn more about the Heartbeat Center, the Clark County Young Professionals and much more. All these events are happening this weekend and the public is invited to attend any and all of them.
