Stanley Man Arrested for Reporting a False Shooting

-A Stanley man was arrested after reporting a shooting to authorities.According to court records, Kevin Tetzlaff call the Clark County dispatch center to report a shooting at the home he was staying at in the Town of Delmar. He stated there were multiple victims. Because of his report, schools were put on lockdown and the sheriff’s department and Stanley Police Department responded to the home. However, nothing was discovered on scene and authorities realized that nothing had happened.
They order Tetzlaff out of the home and he came without incident. Authorities believe meth may have been a factor. Tetzlaff is currently being held in the Chippewa County Jail.
