Marshfield Teen Sentenced for Having Marijuana Delivered to his Home

-A Marshfield teen arrested after having marijuana delivered to his residence from California was sentenced in Wood County Court.Back in November, police executed a search warrant at a home on South Maple Avenue in Marshfield. An investigation in conjunction with the U.S. Postal Inspector’s Office determined the package delivered to the home from California contained one pound of marijuana. Two teenagers, Jared Johnsrud and Mathew Badertscher, were arrested.
Badertscher entered a guilty plea to manufacture/deliver LSD. He was sentenced to 3 years’ probation with a condition of 1 year jail time. He also owes the courts $518. Johnsrud will be back in court in July.
