Loyal School Board Approves Several Items

-The Loyal School Board began their meeting on Wednesday with a presentation.The board heard a presentation from Baird regarding a possible upcoming referendum and they hired their Financial Literacy teacher. They also approved breakfast and lunch prices for next year, with them being up 5 and 10 cents respectively. The board approved the administrative salary increase of 1.5% for next year, approved sharing a tech coordinator with Spencer again next year and approved support staff letters of intent for next year.
Finally, they approved a plumbing project to fix some bathroom problems, approved 3 teacher make-up days in August next year, approved WIAA membership for another year and decided on the final safety grant application, which focused primarily on High School and Elementary entrances.
