Businesses Partner with Extension for Pressure Canner Testing

Cloverdale Country Store has partnered with the UW-Extension to offer pressure canner testing now through May 31st during store hours. Cloverdale County Store is 2 miles South of Curtiss on HWY E. Store Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.Also, Hene Supply in Withee has also partnered with the Extension Office to offer pressure canner testing. They will be testing June 4th-16th during store hours which are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The Clark County Cooperative Extension Office will continue to test pressure canner gauges at their office. For testing, all that needs to be brought is the lid with dial gauges only.
