Owen-Withee School Board Elects Officers

-The Owen-Withee School Board held their election of officers at their meeting on Monday.The board held elections to reorganize for the 2018-19 school year. Julie Wendler was elected as President, Rick Eloranta as Vice-President, Angela Greschner as Clerk and Kim Amacher as Treasurer. President Julie Wendler the assigned board members to the same committees that they were on in the 2017-18 School Year. In employment matters, the board accepted the resignation of 4th grade teacher Emily LaSee and thanked her for her 23 years of service to the district and to the students of Owen-Withee.
The board approved the voluntary transfer of Jordan Wolff to a 4th grade position for the 2018-19 school year. Finally, the board approved the voluntary transfer of Heidi Lenz to a 2nd grade position for the 2018-19 school year.
