Marshfield Insurance Agency Recognized as Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry's 2018 Small Business of the Yea

(WDLB) -Marshfield Insurance Agency was recognized yesterday as the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry's 2018 Small Business of the Year.A breakfast reception and ceremony were held at Holiday Inn, for a business that's going on 35 years old. Nick Arnoldy currently runs the business with his brother Ryan. Marshfield Insurance Agency was one of eight nominations for this year's "Small Business of the Year" award. Marshfield Insurance has grown from three to 18 employees, and recently underwent a major renovation at its location at 208 West Fifth Street.
Marshfield Insurance Agency was started by the late Roger Arnoldy. A golf outing in his name will be held in early September called "Fore Roger". It will benefit Alzheimer's and dementia research, and replaces the former "Fore Bill" golf outing which ended last year after a 10-year run. That event was held in memory of Bill Allen--a long-time WDLB salesman and station manager who passed away in 2007.
