La Crosse Man Sentenced for Possession

-One of three people arrested at the Family Dollar in Osseo back in March has been sentenced in Trempealeau County Court.According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department, back in March, they received a report of possible theft at the Family Dollar in Osseo. When they arrived, they arrested two suspects right way as they were leaving the store, Michael Shilling of La Crosse and Dylan Stika of La Crosse. The third suspect, Robin Shilling of Trempealeau tried to run, but was apprehended. Drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine were also discovered.
On Tuesday, Stika was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession of drug paraphernalia. Two other charges were dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion. Stika was fined and owes the courts $330.
