Administrators' Reports at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board heard the Administrators’ Reports at their meeting last week.District Administrator Todd Felhofer discussed political items involving schools. He stated the Wisconsin Legislative session ended. There were several things passed that will help schools. Also, the Blue Ribbon Commission on School Funding has held 5 of it 8 scheduled listening sessions. He also stated that the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction completed a Civil Rights Compliance Site Visit on April 24th and 25th. Post-review provided both positive feedback and some areas for the district to address. A final report is forthcoming and Mr. Felhofer stated he would share this report and the recommendations.
Finally, a recent Membership Audit was completed and has resulted in a 2 student gain in enrollment and the 3rd Annual Employee Recognition Event was held April 27th at Parkway Pines.
