Clark County Fairgrounds' Strategic Plan, Part 6

-Several Clark County departments recently completed a strategic plan for the Clark County Fairgrounds.The purpose of the plan is to provide a guide for future projects at the Clark County Fairgrounds. I spoke with Rick Dailey, the Forestry and Parks Department Administrator, and Melissa Kono, the CNRED Agent for Clark County, and Rick explained some of the funding sources for future projects.
"The Forestry and Parks Department has entered into a Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement with the Clark County Community Foundation. The Community Foundation will assist in our fundraising efforts. They will receive the funds that are donated and those funds will be dispersed for the different projects as part of the big project."
Coming up on Tuesday, Rick will explain that any donations received can be taken into consideration for certain projects if specified.
