Two People in Osseo Arrested for Possession and Child Neglect

-Two people were arrested after the execution of a search warrant at a home in Osseo.According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department, on Sunday, May 13th, around 12:30am, the Osseo Police Department, with assistance several other agencies, executed a no knock search warrant at 13912 Pine Street in Osseo. During the course of the search warrant, approximately 90 grams of methamphetamine were located in the residence. Shawn Plotnik was taken into custody for a Department of Corrections warrant which had been issued for weapons violations along with charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Additional charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and child neglect will be referred to the Trempealeau County District Attorney’s office.
Sandra Plotnik was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Additional charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and child neglect will be referred to the Trempealeau County District Attorney’s office. Their children were removed from the house and turned over to family members by Trempealeau County Human Services.
