Organizational Matters at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board took care of organizational matters at their meeting on Tuesday.Forward Financial Bank was named the official depository, the district newsletter and TRG were selected as the official newspaper, Weld Riley was retained as the legal advisor, and school board meetings will be held the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30 pm in the board room at the high school. The board also selected Dawn Jacobson as the WASB Delegate with Jerome Krempasky as the alternate. Mark Shain was selected as the CESA 10 Representative, Sarah Shaw was selected as the CWETN Representative and Dean Lindner was selected as the ESSA Representative. Finally, the board members were assigned to the various committees including Lindner/Krempasky for Employee Relations, Shain/Shaw for Building and Grounds, Shain/Jacobson for Curriculum and Instruction, Linder/Shaw for Co-Curricular and Krempasky/Jacobson for Transportation and Safety.
Finally, the board heard about some upcoming events at the district including the High School Music Spring Concert on May 14th, the Senior Awards Banquet on May 20th, Graduation on May 26th and the Middle School Music Spring Concert on May 21st.
