Loyal Man Arrested After Execution of a Search Warrant Enters Plea in Clark County Court

-A Loyal man arrested after the execution of a search warrant appeared in Clark County Court on Tuesday.Back in October, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the Loyal Police Department executed a search warrant at N9536 County Highway K Apt. 1 in the Township of Loyal. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Sheriff’s Office. Upon searching the residence, drugs, numerous items of drug paraphernalia and a handgun were located. Brandon Allen was arrested and he’s facing charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of THC with intent, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of drug paraphernalia. During his arraignment on Tuesday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’ll be back in court later this month.
Court records also show that since then, Allen has been arrested for 4th offense OWI with a passenger under the age of 16, operating with a PAC with a passenger under the age of 16 and bail jumping. He’ll be in court for those charges in June.
