Spencer Police Department Seeking Assistance

The Spencer Police Department is seeking assistance with the identification of the male subject seen at the Spencer A&W.According to the department’s Facebook page, they would like to talk to the man in regards to an incident in which he approached a young girl twice. He asked the girl where she lived and if she wanted to go to the park.
