CDC's Report at Owen City Council Meeting

-The Owen City Council heard the Community Development Coordinator’s Report at their meeting last week.Tim Swiggum has been working on the Quiet Zone, Parks & Rec and the Comprehensive Planning Update reports. The wetland delineation for Heartland will be completed once the ground has thawed. Tim spoke with the people who purchased the former Jim’s Café and they plan to make the building into a Mexican Restaurant. Tim also assists the new city clerk when possible.
Finally, the council approved moving forward with the City taking an active role in our booth at the Farm Technology Days highlighting our city.
