La Crosse Woman In Court For Drug Charges

A La Crosse woman arrested for drug charges in Trempealeau County appeared in court.

Back in March, the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s K9 unit had a busy day.  Several arrests were made including Amanda Matheny of La Crosse.  Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were discovered by the K9 unit after a traffic stop in the Town of Gale and Matheny was arrested.

During Matheny’s recent court appearance, her preliminary hearing was waived and she entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her.  She’s scheduled to be back in court on July 26th.
