-A Neillsville man arrested after the execution of a search warrant appeared in Clark County Court last week.Back in February, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and Neillsville Police Department executed a search warrant at 111 E. 1st Street in the City of Neillsville. Drugs and drug paraphernalia, as well as a hand grenade, were discovered in the home. Four children, ages 2, 9, 10 and 13, were removed from the residence by Clark County Social Services. Two dogs were also removed from the residence and taken to the Clark County Humane Society. Two adults, 45-year-old Robert Bounds and 32-year-old Savanna Bounds, were arrested as a result of the search warrant.
Robert Bounds appeared in court last week and is facing charges of possession of THC with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia, neglecting a child and carry a concealed weapon. During his preliminary hearing and arraignment, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue and he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’ll be back in court in three weeks. Savanna bounds will make her initial appearance next week.
