A Withee woman charged after the execution of a search warrant by the Clark County Sheriff’s Department appeared in Clark County Court.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Department executed the search warrant on October 25th of 2019. They found baggies of a crystal substance, scales, fake money and paraphernalia. Officers arrested Alexander Stumpner and Samantha Fristoe.
According to court records, Stumpner claimed he wasn’t a dealer, just a user. When Fristoe was asked about the fake money, she said her son is bad with math and they were using it to practice.
During Fristoe’s court appearance, she was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, possession with intent-amphetamine. Several other charges were dismissed and read in. She’s scheduled for sentencing on August 23rd.
