Semi Trailer Catches Fire Near Hixton Early Wednesday Morning

A semi trailer caught fire early Wednesday morning on I-94 near Hixton.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, around 1:30am on Wednesday morning a semi trailer caught fire near Hixton in Jackson County.  The driver was able to separate his truck from the trailer before the fire completely engulfed the trailer.

Nobody was injured in the incident and fire crews were able to extinguish the flames within half an hour.
