Marshfield Man Still in Contact with Teenagers After Judge Orders No Contact

-A Marshfield man facing charges after hosting an underage drinking party and assaulting a teenage girl allegedly it still having contact with teenagers.According to the Marshfield Police Department, 53-Herbert Andres hosted an underage drinking party at his residence on December 31st. A 17-year-old girl at the party stated that Andres became intoxicated and assaulted her. Andres is facing several charges including assault and disorderly conduct. He’s out on bond and, as a part of his bond, he’s not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18 and he can’t have any contact with any Elementary, Middle and High School students.
However, the Marshfield Police Department says Andres still tried to contact the teenagers through social media after the judge’s ruling. Andres is also still employed with the Marshfield Bus Service. Andres will be back in court later this month.
