Clark County Judicial Candidates Forum on March 22nd

-The Clark County University of Wisconsin Extension office is hosting a “Clark County Judicial Candidates Forum” on Thursday, March 22nd from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Loyal American Legion to meet the candidates for Clark County Judge.This forum is an opportunity for the constituents of Clark County to meet the candidates for Clark County Judge, ask relevant questions, and to promote civil engagement. The forum will give the two candidates for Clark County Judge, Lyndsey Boon Brunette and Roberta Heckes, a chance to introduce themselves and pose questions to each other. In addition, audience members are encouraged to submit written questions for the candidates. Handouts with biographical information on the candidates will also be available for the public. Lyndsey Boon Brunette and Roberta Heckes have both been invited to participate in this event. Boon Brunette accepted the invitation and confirmed her attendance. Heckes was contacted by email and telephone but to date has not responded.
The invitation for Heckes to participate remains open. The forum will take place even if only Boon Brunette attends to further the UW-Extension’s goal of providing information to Clark County voters.
