Marshfield Bus Driver Facing Assault Charges

-A Marshfield man is facing charges after he was accused of hosting an underage drinking party and assaulting a teenage girl.According to the Marshfield Police Department, criminal charges have been requested against 53-year-old Herbert Andres of Marshfield after he reportedly hosted an underage drinking party at his residence in Marshfield on December 31st and had sexual contact with a 17-year-old female at the party. The female stated Andres was intoxicated and started becoming very “touchy” and grabbed her butt and also attempted to kiss her. While interviewed, Andres admitted to touching the buttocks of a 17-year-old female. A felony charge has been requested through Wood County DA’s Office due to Andres working as a bus driver with Marshfield Bus Service and was the bus driver for at least one of the attendees to his party. Andres was also charged with disorderly conduct.
Andres is currently out on bond due to this incident and is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18 and no contact with any Elementary, Middle and High School students.
