Update on Clark County ATV/Snowmobile Trail System

Tuesday, February 27th, 2018 -- 9:03 AM

-The Clark County Forestry and Parks Department has released an update on the county ATV/Snowmobile trail system.

Trails maintained by the Neillsville/Granton Trail Busters remain closed. Trail Y from intersection 66 South to Lindsey which is maintained by the Loyal Snow Angels is also closed. All other Clark County ATV & Snowmobile Trails located on both Public and Private lands will remain open for designated use at this time. They ask that with the warmer temperatures riders please be respectful and ride responsible and they will remain in contact with area clubs and additional trail closures may be announced if trails deteriorate to unsafe conditions. Please note that UTV’s are not allowed on the Clark County ATV Trail system during the winter months, November 1- May 14.

Clark County trails are subject to periodic closure; for updates on recent closures and/or openings please contact the Forestry and Parks Department at 715-743-5140, or visit the county website at www.co.clark.wi.us for more information on our trail system.

Feel free to contact us with questions and/or comments.
