-President and CEO of Memorial Medical Center, Ryan Neville, spoke with Dr. Bill Auxier of Rural Health Leadership Radio on the importance of rural health.Ryan explained why he would make the same choice in regards to MMC becoming an accountable care organization.
"I think we're positioned well. When I sit down with a payer, knowing that you're more of a mature ACO means something to them because they want value based care for their commercial population. That's very important to us right now."
Coming up on Tuesday, Ryan will talk about MMC’s strategy when it comes to recruitment and retention of employees.
